On Line Support Session

Service Description

You will need a laptop & an internet connection so that we can evaluate your issues or make any program changes that you require. We may need to install some software onto your device in order to communicate with your generator equipment but we will confirm this with you prior to the session. You may need a cable to communicate with your device (we will confirm this with you prior to the session starting so that you can be ready) We do sell communications cables for most systems, if you need one we will give you the oppertunity to purchase one in advance of the support session. This service is priced per hour & available in 1hr sessions.
